  • 1968 Creation of Technofluid SA
    by Claire and Henri Bouhy in partnership with Norgren for the marketing of their pneumatic equipment.
  • 1970
    Moving in Liege

    Move to a new building on Boulevard Frankignoul in Liège to support the growth of the company.
  • 1970
    Opening of an office in Brussels

    Demand is rising sharply in Flanders. An office is therefore purchased to develop this new market as well as possible.

    Launch of the Compressors Department

    Launch of the Instrumentation department

    2nd generation

    Jean-Luc and Michel Bouhy take over the management of the company. End of the collaboration with Norgren.

    Start of collaboration with Parker

    Commercialization of Parker products.

    Jean-Luc Bouhy

    Jean-Luc Bouhy takes over the management of the company on his own.

    Elneo is certified for the installation of compressors and air treatment in hospitals. We were the first in Belgium.

    Gardner Denver

    Beginning of the collaboration with Gardner Denver.

    Change of corporate culture and renewal of the company's graphic charter to match this new dynamic. This new corporate culture launched and supported by Jean-luc Bouhy has released a lot of energy and is the main reason for the strong growth experienced since then.

    Creation of the company BIP

    Birth of Belgian Instrumentation Product (B.I.P.) for the distribution of instrumentation equipment in Flanders. This company is still part of the Elneo group now.
  • 2008
    Launch of the photovoltaic department

    Creation of the TechnoSun department for the marketing and installation of photovoltaic panels in Belgium (closed in 2013 following changes in legislation in the sector).

    Construction of the building in Awans (Liège)

    A new building is being constructed in Awans on the motorway following a vote by the employees for this project. It also gives good visibility and a positive image of the company.
  • 2011
    Construction of the building in Wetteren (Ghent)

    The building in Lochristi has become too small to accommodate the ever-growing Dutch-speaking team. Following the positive experience of Awans, a very similar building was built in Wetteren. These two buildings allow everyone to feel comfortable in their work space.
  • 2012
    Technofluid becomes Elneo

    The aim of this name change is to give greater visibility to each of the departments. We now have different logos and colours for our 3 departments: pneumatics, compressors and instruments.
  • 2014
    Gazelle Price

    Elneo wins the price “Gazelle moyenne entreprise de l’année”.
  • 2016
    3rd generation

    Takeover of the company (management and shareholders) by the 3rd generation with Jonathan and Mathieu Bouhy.

    50 year of Elneo

    Elneo blows out its 50 candles and officialises a partnership with FESTO
  • 2019
    Launch of activities in France
