...or in a more personal way

In 2016, Jonathan and Mathieu Bouhy took over the company. They decided to take on this big challenge because they were convinced of the fundamentals that define Elneo. Since 2023, Jonathan has been alone at the helm of the company, but that soon changed.

The most important foundation is the mentality and positive attitude among colleagues. Good humour, team spirit and enthusiasm are strongly felt within the atmosphere of our company. Focusing on the interests of each individual creates enormous cohesion within Elneo.

Another important foundation is the dynamic focus on the company's continuous evolution. To ensure the sustainability and development of a company, it is vital to evolve constantly. Quickly and efficiently. Change can be frightening, is not always convenient and often involves risk.

In 2024, Elneo underwent an immense transformation. With the creation of Elneo Partners, Jonathan Bouhy gave every employee the chance to become a shareholder in the company. A project fully in line with Group Elneo's vision: 'Growing Together'. As many as 30 employees stepped boldly and with both feet into the Participatory Shareholders Project (PSP). A great start for a project of which we are convinced will leverage a prosperous and sustainable future for Elneo.

Elneo celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2018:
